Week 1 review
1 down 10 more weeks to go.
Well I have just churned out 7km trail run to complete week 1. It’s should have only been 6km but I found a km on the way.
This is FAR from what I had planned. I thought after good week training. I might put in about 10km. It’s nice and sunny here at the moment so wanted to make the most of the weather.
So I got up wolfed down a quick banana slugged a pint of water, changed and off I went. BIG MISTAKE! Now If your new to running learn quick from this. Never rush into a run first thing in the morning and squeeze in some food before you go.
