I keep seeing lots of stuff regarding foam rollers.
Can someone please offer some advice on a foam roller. I have the following questions
Why should I use one?
When should I use one?
How should I use one?
Which is the best one?
How do I fit it into my routine (do I use it on running days or rest days)?
All comments and advice as always will be appreciated.
Ps I had a great first work out with the weights. Didn’t feel too exhaustive but didn’t want to go crazy as I don’t know how I will feel tomorrow!
